- How does the cellowrap.com Affiliate Network work?
When someone follows those links and buys any product from our site, we
automatically note that the customer was referred by your site and record
the amount of the sale. It's that simple! We do reserve the right to refuse a
site if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for
the Affiliate Network for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion
of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory,
obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

What does it cost to join?
NOTHING! It's absolutely free to join the cellowrap.com Affiliate
Network. You are free to cancel at any time (just contact your Account Executive). -

Practically anybody who has a web site who wished to earn additional income.

Will there be any cost to me at any time during the duration of the
contract?
NO, there is no cost to you at any time.

Does cellowrap.com have a Coupon Mailing Program?
Yes, cellowrap.com' Coupon Mailing Program is designed for those
affiliates who have a large subscriber mailing list (at least 500 names from the
affiliate's own source). cellowrap.com will provide a coupon number and
expiration date (usually 1 week from the date of mailing). The affiliate
will email a message to its subscribers announcing our Affiliate Agreement and
the coupon number.

How much money can I make?
Commissions are based on a percentage of volume. The more customers your
site brings that place orders, the more you can make. Since we offer very
attractive commission rates 10% (ten percent) of all regular net sales
and some the finest products, there is almost no limit of potential revenue.
Affiliates can create large individual or Corporate account orders with
special pricing, shipment dates and instructions - please contact
info@cellowrap.com for details. There will be substantial amounts of
products available to create considerable income, depending on each
Affiliates ability to enhance their marketing systems. Since cellowrap.com handles
orders, shipping, billing, paying your commissions, and managing orders
there is a high potential of revenue available to the Affiliate.

Yes - although we strive to meet your needs this is a non-exclusive offer.

I don't have a web site yet. Can I apply to be an Affiliate anyway?
Unfortunately, no - however if you can introduce special larger customers to
the program, please contact us and we may be able to make special
arrangements.

Setting Up Links - How do I create links to cellowrap.com?
It's easy: to create tracked links to cellowrap.com, you will be assigned a unique
Associates ID. You'll use this ID when linking your sponsoring Web site into our
catalog. You can link to any of the cellowrap.com pages (URL) by replacing
"Orderidentifier=TRAV1234567890" with "siteid=XXXX" where XXXX is your SiteID.

Can I include specific information about your products on my site?
We encourage you to include information. Please don't mention price,
however. Prices in our database change frequently and without notice, and customers
may be confused if they see one price on your site and another price on ours.
Content that is clearly marked with a copyright notice from a third party
other than cellowrap.com cannot be used on your site.

Tracking and Payment How are orders tracked and credited to my site?
All links from your site to cellowrap.com contain your site's unique
source ID so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit
you when a purchase is made.

When will I be paid?
You will be paid quarterly (every three months), the first quarterly period
starting on the date you are accepted into the Network. If your commission
for any quarter is less than $50, the total amount will be carried to the next
quarter. Once it passes $50, a check will be sent to you at the end of the
quarter for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that
quarter.

How will I monitor my sales?
We will supply free monthly on-line reports. These reports tell you how many
users saw and clicked-through to links to cellowrap.com from your site,
how many orders were placed, which products were purchased, how much your site
has earned in commission, and more.

Can I sell large orders of individual items?
YES. We encourage you to solicit sales for large orders from individual and
Corporate Accounts. You can contact us at info@cellowrap.com for special
prices, special commission rates and delivery information.
